Brad Stedem analyzes potential developments and directs project design and construction activities, overseeing all project schedules, budgets, contracts, invoices, and bank draws from design through completion. Previously, Brad worked in various capacities on single-family home development in Lake Tahoe, California, and Michigan. Brad was also on the executive team of How2TV. A member of the Urban Land Institute, Brad holds an MBA from the Anderson School of UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
