Marcus Nicolaidis
Food & Beverage Director
Marcus Nicolaidis directs food and beverage operations for the hospitality properties. Marcus began his career as a personal chef at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons in New York. He joined SoHo Grand Hotel and was quickly promoted to opening F&B Manager of Tribeca Grand Hotel. Marcus left to open Todd English’s Olives NY in the W Hotel and was also involved in the opening of Mix NYC, a joint venture with Alain Ducasse and Jeffery Chodorow. Most recently Marcus spent three years at The Maritime Hotel as General Manager of La Bottega and Hiro Ballroom. Marcus received his Bachelor of Science in hospitality management from the Ohio State University and graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America.
